SHIPPING POLICY
We ship from Puerto Rico. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping over $75.
Shipping is only available for U.S & all U.S territories.
All orders are processed and shipped Monday and Thursday (Excluding holidays). Every customer receives an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. We take 2-3 days to process your order, but we might take longer during busy periods. Your local shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.
PACKAGES STOLEN, DAMAGE OR LOST
We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately MelinaMUA Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for that. Please ensure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages.
If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after delivery.
If your package is lost in transit, which is very unusual, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you should reach out to USPS directly.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If USPS tracking shows they attempted delivery, you must first call the carrier and provide either another secure address, or inform them that you will pick up the parcel at the closest post office to your delivery address.
